AnnotationThe Care Standards Tribunal's functions under the Protection of Children Act 1999 are to be extended in April 2002 to cover provisions in the Care Standards Act 2000 (CSA) concerning appeals in respect of those considered unsuitable to work with vulnerable adults. The Draft Regulations provide a core set of procedural rules that have general applicability to all functions of the Tribunal. This consultation document contains and invites comments on the proposed draft Regulations and details regarding the Tribunal's functions. (RH).
