AnnotationThe Foundation was established by a Deed of Trust on 2nd August 1972 by Alfred Henry Johnson in memory of his wife, Beth. The Trust has always concentrated on innovative and developmental work that has the potential to develop, influence and challenge the role and status of older people in society. The Centre for Intergenerational Practice (CIP) is part of the BJF and is funded by Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales.
