| Annotation | This issue of Forum Matters focuses on the launch of the Residential Forum's publication "Creating a home from home: a guide to standards" in June 1996. It follows on from the Department of Health (DoH) consultation document, "Moving forward", and the Forum's further response "Reforming the regulatory framework for care homes".
