Annotation	Inspired by the 30th anniversary of Shelter Scotland, this book examines Scottish housing policies and legislation, and changes in housing tenure, eviction policies and homelessness in the last thirty years. A series of chapters assess structural changes within and between housing tenures: council housing and the governance of local authorities; the role of housing associations, in particular Scottish Homes; and the long-term decline in privately rented accommodation.
