Annotation | There has been considerable change in service arrangements in north and west Glasgow, with a decrease in asylum style hospital accommodation and the development of community based services. This inspection report identifies examples of good practice, including: user and carer involvement; care planning; and resource centres (e.g. a relatives support network). Recommendations are made concerning hospital accommodation, management, observation policies, occupational therapy services, psychology services, and integrated working. (RH). |
