Annotation | This circular sets out the arrangements for the Social Services Training Support Programme (TSP). The aim of the TSP is to improve the quality and management of social services provision to families, individuals and local communities, by encouraging a planned approach to training. The objective of TSP is to increase the proportion of staff who have appropriate qualifications for the work that they undertake at vocational, qualifying and post-qualifying level. An information pack and grant application form accompany this circular, which should be cancelled on 1 April 2005. (KJ). |
