Annotation | The Task Force was set up to examine the following areas: planning of major infrastructure projects; the distribution of retail supplies to shops and homes; and social and motivational dimensions of transport. This report outlines the aims, objectives and methodologies for each area. It also covers the Construction Associate Programme. The Social and Motivational Behaviour Task Force limited its investigation to three groups, to include the over 65s, who will form one fifth of the country's population by 2021. (RH). |
