Annotation | Dementia consists of two broad domains: cognitive and non-cognitive. Non-cognitive features of dementia - labelled as behavioural and psychological signs and symptoms of dementia (BPSD) - have been poorly studied. The importance of cross-cultural studies of cognitive features of dementia is critically examined in this review of the literature. (RH). |
