Annotation | The Nutrition Screening Initiative (NSI) aims to promote routine nutrition screening and better nutritional care for older Americans through public-private partnerships, and was used with the "DETERMINE Your Nutritional Health Checklist" in this evaluation. Those at high nutritional risk and living in rural, medically underserved areas received the most intensive intervention. The need is reinforced for multidisciplinary approaches to nutrition and health. (RH). |
