Annotation | A collaborative program of WISE Senior Services, FBI, US Postal Inspectors, AT & T Wireless, the National Telemarketing Victim Call Center is staffed by members of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). In addition to the 20,000 persons called the first year to potential victims targeted by fraudulent telemarketers, the newspaper, radio and television news generated by the program helped to bring the message to millions of seniors.
