AnnotationLibrary clubs were formed to encourage older adults to use their local library and information advice services. The first club was created at Belgrave Library in Leicester in 1981. Such clubs are usually run as a joint project between the library service and Age Concern (or similar local care group) and this outlines their aims and objectives and their organisation. A further reading list is given. (KJ).
