Annotation | Proprietors of nursing homes and members of the Irish Registered Nursing Homes Association (IRNHA) declare their commitment to policy development in matters of support and respect for older people accommodated in the homes which they run. The belief is that a national policy built on basic principles must be put in place which takes account of: quality of life; ongoing adaptation of services; access to care; and adaptation of financing. These principles are outlined in this charter. (RH). |
