| Annotation | This annex draws the attention of local authorities to the draft conditions for the new Promoting Independence: Prevention Grant. It includes the draft of Special grant report no 57 under Section 88B of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, to be laid before the House of Commons. This annex sets out guidance for local authorities on conditions which, subject to Parliamentary approval, will be attached to the grant for 2000/2001. (RH). |
