| Annotation | This annex draws the attention of local authorities to the draft conditions for the new Promoting Independence: Partnership Grant. It includes the draft of Special grant report no 56 under Section 88B of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, to be laid before the House of Commons. This annex sets out guidance for local authorities on meeting conditions which, subject to Parliamentary approval, will be attached to the new grant in 2000/2001, and provides details of the procedure for submitting evidence of compliance with those conditions to the Department of Health (DoH). (RH). |
