AnnotationThis publication aims to bring together in one volume all the details and contact points for consumer and trade bodies, regulators, charities and other voluntary organisations which help consumers when they need information and advice about personal finances. There are several such organisations that are focused on the needs of older people. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) hopes to lead and coordinate an overall strategy for consumer education in this sphere of personal finances, in collaboration with other consumer bodies.
