Annotation | This is the first such longitudinal study of older people to be carried out in this country. 60 women (age range 70 to 80) and living alone in Hornsey and Islington took part in the original study conducted from May 1962 to January 1963. This second study was carried out between January and March 1969. Results are presented on the study's method, changes in dietary intake, changes in meal patterns, and assessment of health. (RH). |
