Annotation | This reports on how the Older Americans Act (OAA), Title III dollars are allocated by the States, for the financial year 1997. This data has been collected by the Administration on Aging (AoA) since 1995, for State Performance Reports (SPR) to be presented to Congress. A total of 6.7 million senior residents (age 60+) were served by Title III, 2.6 million of whom were living below the poverty line. There is further analysis of expenditure by type of services.
