Annotation | Qualitative approaches to research have become well-established in the social sciences, the humanities and various professional fields in recent years. Contributors to this issue of the Journal of Aging Studies were invited to present case studies of specific projects in which qualitative techniques have been used to explore some aspect of the ageing experience. The focus is on the doing of qualitative research rather than on the findings which emerged. This editorial outlines themes of these contributions. (RH). |
