This report describes and evaluates Homeshare, a scheme run by Age Concern Sutton Borough that offers weekly visits for frail older people to the homes of volunteers. Homeshare provides homely support and companionship to people who are otherwise left isolated in their own homes. It is a useful model that could be adapted elsewhere.
